oh is it like that if our country is not in the list we are not even allowed to participate or is it ok if we get people from those country who will install that toolbar, how is it?

according to the link given on previous this is total scam. though one said he was paid. while the other two said total scam. and so i don't think that i don't want to join this site because this is probably a scam site. but as i understood they accept all countries only that we earn if our download or install are coming from listed countries.

I can't open the site, it shows: bad request.
the rate for Asian countries is only $0.01, quite low, so it's quite hard to promote local members to install the toolbar.
