I got the information about this ptc through a friend on mylot and he told me that he has been paid. Previously the payout was just 0.50$.

I have visited their forum and found a message like this:

just got bad news here, Paypal keeps freezing Paypal-Accounts, and ours was frozen too right before. There were a huge amount of money in and we cant get access to our Account even if I mailed the Paypal Support and asked about my status. I also uploaded all the details, but nothing happens. Its not new, that Paypal freezes PTC ACcounts and keep the money in it.

So I agree that it is closed. Thanks smartkool for the information.

I do not think that they are trying to scam because they have put this fact on their own forum and you wont find more than one complaint about non payment on the same forum. It means that they have put this message quite well in advance and their intention is not to scam.
Another thing they have mentioned that they are willing to sell this ptc if someone is ready to buy so that the ptc do not die and members do get their payments. The clicking area is working quite okay. But its of no use now.

i saw his post in hwich he wrote that he will recharge the script to alertpay if paypal doesn't unfreeze his account. Hope for the best.

All ptc admin must know that ptc site is not allowed on paypal.
So, it's their own fault to got their paypal account frozen.

well they must have first approved via paypal to use paypal as the payment option. But their accounts are also not verified.

I don't know how long $1 payout site can sustain.. This kind of low payout site will disappear after some time...so be alert this kind of low payout sites

ok but in the mean time 1$ sites are very promising.
If you wanna join a very good site which pays within 20 minutes and not in a year like bux.to you must join 247bux.
12 links a day, so within 8-9 days of clicking alone you will be paid

If you use 'getlies" I would be very happy offcourse

It is not like that low payout sites doesn't survive. Look at 247bux, I have been paid from their and have requested the 2nd one.

I think that it is not true that all ptc sites are not allowed on paypal. Clicksia and clixncash are paying through payapl even today. Previously, clicksia had a clause that your account must be verified account on paypal to get the payment. But now they have done away even with that clause..
