You are talking about lucky draw then where does the minimum payout came inbetween. However I believe that it could be a social networking site with initial offers to promote it. They makes very hard to earn a single penny in it.

i think there is no earning from that site , only rs 1 for each refferal.

really the sites are boring, i signed under paramita, she got 87 refferals.

i think she is using her profile picture nicely.
